ZumbaJunkie.com is sadden to announce that the Zumba Beanie Bears in support of the American Cancer Society will no longer be sold on the website or in any of Zumbajunkie's classes.

Despite originally receiving permission and support from the Zumba Home Office, corporate feels it is necessary to tighten all use of the Zumba Logo and trademark.  Zumbajunkie has been asked at this point to discontinue selling the American Cancer Society Zumba Bears.  For those of you who purchased these bears, we thank you!!  We know many of these bears are in the hands of "Survivors" and we hope they continue to bring joy to those individuals!!!  All of you know that 100% of the  money colllected through the sales of these bears went to the American Cancer Society!!!   As a result, our Zumbajunkie team was able to help raise a considerable amount of money for Cancer research and we were named the Rookie Team of the year!!  ZumbaJunkie would like to thank Adrienne Bowen and everyone else who helped raise money for this great cause.

In order to comply with the Zumba Corporation, ZumbaJunkie will regretfullly discontinue the sale of these bears.

To maintain our own integretity, ZumbaJunkie did receive prior permission to sell the bears with the Zumba Logo to suppport the American Cancer Society.   Based on legal issues, ZumbaJunkie is no longer permitted to sell these bears anymore.  ZumbaJunkie is sorry it had to end in this manner.

With the summer ending, the new school session starting soon and everyone busy juggling their home and work schedules, Zumbajunkie announces the temporary suspension of its Zumba Morning Classes at Gold's Gym NE.  The final morning Zumba class will be July 30, 2008 from 9:30am to 10:30am.  The temporary suspension begins on Wednesday August 1, 2008.

ZumbaJunkie is happy to offer Zumba For Kids Classes, a fun summer activity for children. Instructor Randy Baez, is a National Board Certified Music Educator and an Official Zumba Instructor. Randy has over 20 years of experience in working with children.  Zumba For Kids Classes will be held at Gold's Gym North East and Young Actors Theatre.  Registration is required and is available in PDF format.  Join Randy at Zumba For Kids Classes this summer.  The kids will enjoy it.

Hi Zumbajunkies!!!

We have a float in the parade!!! The parade begins this Sat at 10:30.
We will be set up in front of Decent Pizza which is on the corner of
N. Monore and 4th. We will be there around 8am to decorate the float.  We must have the float ready by 9am for judging.

We want all our Zumbajunkie instructors and students to help out.

The float rules are. Kids 6-11 can ride on the float. They will hand
beads and key chains to the older kids. Kids 12 and up can walk
beside the float and hand stuff out.

We need our junkies dancing behind the float!!! We are going to be
walking/dancing through the whole parade. We will have our sound
system set up.

Please try to be there by 9am if you will be helping us!!!

We look forward to seeing you there!!

There is a new section called Videos that will have video clips in which you can preview Zumba Fitness Routines taught by the Instructors.

The website has a section called "Music" and in this area you will get see a list and hear songs.  Listen to 30 seconds of Song Clips the Instructors use in Zumba Class and see the Top 10 Favorite Songs of the Instructors.
